Who is CSA?

It’s all of us.

Every man, woman, and child of every ethnicity, spiritual background, socioeconomic status, and geographical origin.

It’s you. It’s me. It’s every person that you ever have, or ever will, come into contact with.

It’s the person behind the computer screen that doesn’t quite see eye-to-eye with you on political matters. It’s the lady with her dog walking through the park. It’s the child with ice-cream dribbling down his chin.

But it’s also the homeless man that we just walk past. It’s the woman silently crying in the corner of a shelter. It’s the child who just can’t seem to catch up in school because she is busy taking care of her younger siblings.

GLOBAL CSA ENDING QUOTEMost ideas that seek to “change the world” usually focus on what one person, or a small group of people, can do. Soup kitchens, clothes or canned food drives, charity 5K walks, mentoring programs – these are all great ways to help others. And they are all a part of CSA.

But CSA is much more than that. It is a Collective Motivational Theory that can result in a Global Ideological Shift, bringing about a new state of being that will manifest humanity’s birthright of living in a peaceful and abundant world. It is the realization of the full potential of humanity as a whole.

A Simple Concept

Our philosophy is based on the work of Dr. Abraham Maslow, a world-renowned American psychologist in the 20th Century who developed an individualized motivational theory which outlined an Hierarchy of Needs that led humans to achieve their full potential.

Maslow’s Individualized “Hierarchy of Needs”

While it was an excellent description of what pushes humans to reach our full potential as individuals, we believe that his theory was incomplete. We believe that this motivational theory works not only on an individual level, but can also be applied to our global community to reach the full potential of humanity as a whole. Our influence is attached to every other person we come into contact with, and by ensuring that each individual Hierarchy of Needs is satisfied, our own Hierarchy is likewise fulfilled – from our most basic needs to our most complex and abstract. As that positive influence is manifested Collectively, our individual Self-Actualization reaches heights we never thought possible.

Maslow’s Hierarchy on a Collective Scale

We imagine a world free from oppression. Free from inequality. Free from poverty, hunger, sickness, and suffering. We imagine a world where perpetual warfare, over territory, religion, and resources, is no longer seen as necessary, and where tribalistic nationalism is a thing of the past. Our idea, while lofty, is not impossible. It begins here. It begins with us… and with you.

So… “Who is CSA?”

Simple. It’s US.
