Our Goal

Our planet is in danger. The global community is threatened every moment by endless war for profit, the exploitation of finite resources, and impending environmental calamity. These problems are endlessly fed into our stream of consciousness through 24-Hour Television News Broadcasts and the constantly scrolling timelines of our various Social Media Platforms. “Solutions” to these problems are often proposed with little or no examination of the causes – solutions that offer no real long-term answers, but simply prolong the inevitable.

“If you can heal the symptoms but not affect the cause…

you can’t heal the symptoms.”

– Tom Marshall

The goal of the Global Collective Self-Actualization Initiative is a simple one – to progress toward a truly equal and inclusive society, also known as Egalitarianism.

What is Egalitarianism?

“Egalitarianism comes from the French égalitaire (which comes from the Latin aequalitas ‘equality’). The word first appeared in English in the late 19th century. Its earliest use was typically in reference to a belief in human equality; it has since taken on the sense of ‘a social philosophy that advocates the removal of inequality among people.'” [From Merriam-Webster]

Our Mission

We are committed to creating a world where all people are truly equal, where no one is forced to go without so that another may live in excess. We believe that with the guidance of basic ethical principlesautonomyjustice, beneficence, and non-maleficence – we can create a society which embraces every individual with compassion, empathy, and mutual respect. We advocate for the removal of inequality in all of its forms, including social, political, ethnic, cultural, gender/sexuality, and economic. We believe that this can be achieved through individual Self-Actualization on a Global scale. We call this Collective Self-Actualization (CSA)the realization of the full potential of the Collective Self.
